Newly renovated in the Fall of 2024…

This ground floor efficiency condominium is in an excellent location directly on the beach sporting a spectacular view of the Gulf with a tiki hut just outside. This unit is retaining the charm of "Old Florida" with modern amenities.

There is new furniture in the living area including two queen size beds with comfortable mattresses, couch, end tables, dining room table and chairs.

Beautiful ceramic tile has been installed throughout the unit accented with new light fixtures, LED lighting, ceiling fan and new outside doors complimented by large quiet impact windows allowing a great view of the Gulf.

There is a new Smart TV with a Blu-ray DVD player in the living area with an HDMI cable for attaching your gaming stations directly to the HDTV and free Wi Fi is provided for your enjoyment.

The kitchen and bath have cabinets with soft close cabinet doors and drawers, quartz countertops and a decorative glass backsplash in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs with a glass top range with double ovens and a dishwasher. An over the stove microwave, a refrigerator and ice maker rounds out the major appliances with a compliment of small appliances including a standard coffee maker and a Keurig dispenser plus multiple utensils, cooking and baking pans.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the walk-in closet has built in custom shelving with a digital safe large enough to house up to a 17" laptop. A hair dryer, ironing board, steam iron and two beach chairs with an umbrella are included for your enjoyment.

Great restaurants, fishing and of course the shops at St. Armand's are only minutes away. Swim in the gulf or the heated pool, walk on the beach, relax on the lounge chairs, eat under the tiki huts or enjoy the sunsets.

However, the best part is that the beach is just steps away and the view from the large picture window is spectacular.
