Beautifully decorated with designer's touches. This 1 bedroom unit is completely updated and furnished.
As you enter into this 1st floor condo, the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico is right before your eyes. This is a great place where you can chose to swim in the gulf or use the heated pool.

You can walk the beach, or just use the Beach chairs with an umbrella (Provided) to relax and watch the beautiful evening sunset.

Sleeping arrangements are a private bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The living room has a queen size Sofa bed (with memory foam mattress which is super comfortable). There is also a twin sofa sleeper which provides plenty of space for guests to relax, and sleep comfortably.

A 48" flat screen TV with cable/ Netflix capability and a DVD player are there to provide entertainment and make this an enjoyable, relaxing, home away from home!

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs with new appliances, cooking utensils, baking pans, glass ware, blender and a dishwasher.

* Rates are for 1 or 4 persons, maximum occupancy is 4, additional guest are $15.00 per person per night. 2 children 10 and under may stay free, and are not counted toward the maximum occupancy.
