The Diplomat Beach Resort does not have accessible common areas and has no accessible parking, pathways/walkways, entry to the Reservations/Front Desk office, pool, or beach access. The Diplomat Beach Resort is not open to the public. Only unit owners and their guests are permitted to enjoy the amenities at The Diplomat Beach Resort.
All units at The Diplomat Beach Resort are individually owned residences, none of which have been structurally modified. These individually owned residences do not have accessible doorways or entryways, accessible interiors including bathrooms, or balcony areas. The individually owned units are not accessible for individuals with mobility or physical challenges.
